Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the creation of visual content for digital and print platforms
• Contributing innovative design concepts and ideas in brainstorming sessions
• Supporting the design team in various stages of the design process
• Participating in the development of UI/UX design elements
• Conducting design research and staying updated on industry trends
• Assisting in the production and editing of multimedia content
• Collaborating with different teams to understand and fulfill design needs
• Participating in creative discussions and providing input on design projects
• Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Preparing design assets and files for production and distribution
• Ensuring brand consistency across all design projects
• Assisting in the management and organization of design resources and files
• Participating in design critiques and contributing to design improvements
• Adhering to project timelines and deadlines
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of design guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a designrelated degree program
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative design ideas
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and layout principles
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to various design styles and project requirements
• Understanding of design fundamentals and best practices
• Proactive and eager to learn and develop design skills
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
• Basic knowledge of design research and analysis techniques
• Familiarity with multimedia content creation and editing tools
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Passion for design and enthusiasm for contributing to impactful projects
