Job Description
1)Coordinate with Consultant and Management to finalize the concept design
2)Coordination with liasioning team Statutory NOCs drawings/documents submission
3)Coordination with Consultant get the Statutory required drawings review comments incorporate and share the final updated NOCs drawing to liasioning dept.
4) Follow up with consultant and get the Marketing required drawings and documents
5)Share the input required for Qs Department for preparing BOQ
6)Prepare the drawing delivery schedule and get the approval from management and share to consultant and Follow up the drawing as per delivery schedule
7)Co ordinate with consultant and Clarify any drawing Queries raised from site team
8)Co ordinate with ISO Auditor for Internal & External ISO Auditing
9)Visit the site every week for checking the actual work status at site
Requirements
1) Sanction drawings to be submitted to liaison dept in 45days. All GFC drawings to get from consultants in 150 days from the closure of sanction drawings.
2) Should have knowledge of Project management proficient in soft skills like Autocadd microsoft office knowledge in NBC norms building bye law.
