Job Summary:

Overseeing and driving the research and innovation initiatives within the organization. Requires dynamic individual with a strong background in research methodologies project management and team leadership. He or She also responsible for guiding the team and other technical support in the creation and implementation of cuttingedge technologies and solutions.

KEY FUNCTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Develop and implement the overall research and development strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
  Collaborate with R&D team and Technical Planning Support to define longterm goals and priorities.
  Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning with the R&DTeam.
• Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate R&D efforts into broader product development strategies.
  Identify and evaluate emerging technologies trends and opportunities relevant to the organizations objectives.
  Manage and allocation resources effectively. Monitor and optimize project budgets timelines and resources utilization.
  Responsible to analyze and interpret the product result which involves patterns and trends in data.
  Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of research findings and the development of highquality products.
