Position Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to support Schneider Electrics EcoStruxure DERMS platform hosted on vendors Azure cloud infrastructure. A strong applicant will be an expert in supporting SaaS applications in a Hybrid Cloud environment and MuleSoft API integrations. The role will provide L1 support for the DERMS application and will coordinate resolution of support cases in collaboration with and other internal and external SMEs.

Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Support activities 80%
Provide primary technology support for the DERMS platform.
Manage and deploy vendor application updates (patches hotfixes) along with system level upgrades.
Manage and support data refresh and application configurations for production and nonproduction environments.

Operate/Maintain system integrations DERMS Exporter / Weather API / GIS API/ADMS API/Apigee Gateway / ESFT
Project activities 20%
Build and deploy DERMS platform components in Hybrid Cloud environments (Azure and Onprem).
Enable DERMS interfaces between Cloud and Onprem using APIs and ESFT over secure communications.
Work with the infrastructure team to enable end to end connectivity including firewalls and load balancers.

Participate in product testing and platform documentation.
