Department: Dermatology

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Head of Dermatology Department

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients skin to identify and diagnose skin conditions
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients including prescribing medications performing procedures and providing lifestyle recommendations
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies excisions and laser treatments
• Monitor and track patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients on proper skincare routines and preventive measures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as dermatology nurses and cosmetic surgeons to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients conditions treatments and progress
• Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in dermatology by attending conferences and participating in continuing education programs

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification in Dermatology
• Valid medical license to practice in Karnataka
• Proven experience as a Dermatologist
• Excellent knowledge of dermatological conditions treatments and procedures
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
