Deputy Operations Manager

• Must have a Diploma Degree or Professional Certificate in a related field will be an advantage.
  
• Should have over 5 to 10 years experience in Security.
  
• Experience in Supervisory or Management role.
  
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good knowledge in investigating incidents.
  
• Good written and verbal reporting skills
  
• Ability to lead a team with strong leadership skills and principles.
  
• Must be proactive and pay attention to details.
  
• Must be confident with strong analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Military experience will be a plus.
  
• Any other job that will be assigned from time to time.
