Job Description:

Assistance in litigation for Direct and indirect taxes matters

Ensure Filing of Income Tax Return Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Compliance

Review of TDS compliances

Review of Indirect Tax (Monthly GST Returns Annual Returns)

Advisory on withholding of taxes and applicable GST

Handling of statutory audit/internal audit and department audit independently

Handing implementation of new compliances /Projects with respect to tax.

Assisting to business units to resolve operational matters related to tax

Assistance in identification of appropriate tariff for OE & OE spares

Basic Qualification: CA

Area of Specialization

• Working experience in corporate Taxation Team with Auto Industry Background
• Exposure to direct and indirect taxation activities
• Advanced knowledge of MS office Working experience in MIS & Analytics
