• Act as the primary point of contact for Suppliers TReDS platform and Financial Institutions facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the endtoend onboarding process of Agri Enterprises onto the TReDS platform ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and documentation. Coordinate with Relationship Managers clients and relevant authorities to streamline the process.
• Monitor daily transactions to ensure seamless processing of supplier payments and bank repayments. Coordinate with operational teams to facilitate necessary documentation particularly in understanding BTST transactions.
• Verify supplier payment documents submitted by the operations team ensuring accuracy. Facilitate bidding on the TReDS platform accepting the lowest bid and ensuring timely remittance to suppliers. Coordinate with banks for bidding when necessary.
• Collaborate with the treasury team to manage interest payments and charges upfront for successful bidders. Ensure timely repayments are made on due dates maintaining effective coordination between all stakeholders.
• Generate and verify MIS details sharing them with stakeholders regularly. Foster relationships with TReDS stakeholders Financial Institutions and Banks through regular meetings aiming to source additional TReDS limits and onboard new clients.
