Position Dy Manager Quality (Deputy Manager Quality)
ob Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dy Manager Quality to join our team at Universal Flexibles Pvt Ltd. The Dy Manager Quality will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of highquality products to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality management preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
2. Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Lead root cause analysis and problemsolving activities to resolve qualityrelated problems.
6. Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends or areas of concern.
7. Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
8. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards procedures and best practices.
9. Stay updated on industry standards regulations and advancements in quality management practices.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. Additional certifications in quality management are a plus.
2. 57 years of experience in quality management preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
4. Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques such as root cause analysis statistical process control and failure mode and effects analysis.
5. Experience in conducting inspections audits and supplier evaluations.
6. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting quality data.
7. Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
8. Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
10. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving quality excellence.
