Deputy Manager - Financial Services

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial services team in delivering highquality financial services and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies for financial planning budgeting and forecasting to support the organizations goals.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to monitor the organizations financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and oversee internal and external audits.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on financial industry trends best practices and regulatory changes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the financial services team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• 5 Years proven experience in Insurance Sales (Including minimum 1 year team handling experience)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations compliance and audit processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office particularly Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to drive financial initiatives and decisionmaking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience in leading and developing a highperforming financial services team.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency within financial services.
