Providing professional leadership and support to Medical staff
To assist the Hospital Director by leading on the maintenance of high professional standards
Ensure that disciplinary procedures are carried out fairly and effectively
To work with the Executive Directors and other members of the Medical Director Office to develop the clinical services of the Trust.
To assist the Medical Director in improving the Quality Safety and Effectiveness of all aspects of the Trusts work.
In conjunction with the Director of People HR and Organizational Development ensure professional inservice training for medical staff is relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
Faculty of Medicine is a must
Aged between 4550
Strong in people management is a must
Strong in hospital management
