Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the presales team providing guidance mentoring and support to
ensure high performance and achievement of targets. Foster a collaborative and cohesive team
environment.
2. Presales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive presales strategy aligned with the organization's
sales objectives. Define the presales processes methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency
and effectiveness.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers understand their business needs and identify
opportunities to provide valueadded solutions. Build strong relationships with customers addressing
their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Solution Development: Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to understand
the product roadmap and translate customer requirements into compelling solution offerings. Participate
in the design and development of customized solutions to meet client needs.
5. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process including proposal
development product demonstrations and technical presentations. Provide technical expertise and
guidance during sales meetings and negotiations.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market dynamics. Conduct market
research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges. Use this knowledge to
drive innovation and improve the organization's presales capabilities.
7. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
the effectiveness of the presales team. Monitor and analyze performance data generate regular reports
and provide actionable insights to senior management.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance
the efficiency and effectiveness of the presales function. Foster a culture of continuous learning and
professional development within the team.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Engineering Computer Science) is required. An
advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior presales role with a track record of success in driving sales growth and
customer satisfaction.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products/services being offered as well as the
industry landscape.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
of professionals.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex
technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge on Windows & Linux OS & Networking & Security
Strong knowledge on Hypervisors & Virtualization
Strong knowledge on Storage
Should have worked at least in Asst. Manager/ team leader or project leader profile
Should be from emailing background with at least 10 years experience
