We are looking for a marketing and business development leader for our Denver office. This individual will help us craft our message, find our people, and communicate a remodel process that takes the pain out and puts the happy memories in.
Job Details
Lead business development and marketing efforts for our Denver team.
Discover and test new ways to nurture repeat and referral business.
Identify and target ideal clients, generate interest, and grow neighborhood relations.
Coordinate, staff, and attend local events (home shows, home and remodeling association events, networking opportunities) for the purpose of generating leads and strengthening partner relations.
Test, evaluate, and create Denver metro online marketing content to generate leads in the local market including google search, SEO, local social media targeting.
Develop industry partnerships and make connections at industry and community-based events for business growth.
Oversee local email, social, and web marketing campaigns.
Requirements
3 or more years of business development or sales experience and marketing knowledge
Familiarity with running a CRM like Salesforce, Oracle, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Fundamental understanding of web development.
Access to a vehicle with driver s license.
An unstoppable growth mindset, that owns results, places team first, and speaks as a creator.
