We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our dental practice in Marshall TX. As the solo dentist you will be responsible for providing highquality dental services to our patients and maintaining a positive welcoming environment in our office.

Its location just a short drive from DFW and Shreveport LA makes it a great place to live if you want access to the big city while still enjoying smalltown living. Youll find plenty of outdoor activities a vibrant downtown area and friendly neighbors. Most providers will reside in the city and work during the week in Marshall having the best of both worlds.

Dont want to relocate but still earn a great living in a great community Working a 4 day week stay in Marshall during the week and head back to the Metroplex on Thursday evening!

Clinic Details:

• Signon Bonus $15000
• Monday Thurs: 8 5pm
  
• Daily guarantee of $1200 or 30% of production whichever is greater

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited university
  
• Active dental license in the state of Texas
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing dentistry
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to communicate with the staff and works well in a team environment while providing quality work to all patients
  

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing dental conditions
  
• Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
  
• Performing general dentistry procedures including fillings extractions and root canals
  
• Educating patients and providing preventive dental care
  
• Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
  
• Collaborating with other dental professionals to provide the best possible care for our patients
