Driven dentist wanted to be an associate at a growing practice where the long standing dentist is retiring.

Dentist Office Hours

Full time 3 4 days per week.

Dentist Practice Information

This busy FFS and PPO driven practice refers little and will offer a full schedule from Day One

Age Ranges

Adult 90% and kids 10%

Dentist Compensation

45% of total office bonus paid monthly

Requirements of the Dentist

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Must have WI license and DEA
• Must be willing to live and be part of the community of Viroqua WI
• Competence in all facets of general dentistry
• Strong focus on clinical excellence
