JOB TITLE PRODUCTION FORMS UPLOAD ASSOCIATE
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Job role utilizes specific application training may be required and provided. Individual will be documenting print job specifications in systems to ensure error free production output Adding print files to multiple systems. Correcting files errored due to incorrect file specifications. Conformance to following highly detailed processes and specs are a must. Attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision required.

SKILLS: Able to demonstrate computer skills proficient knowledge of PC (keyboard functions mouse etc.) Able to demonstrate Intermediate/Advanced skills of MS office Excel skills with ability to Create spreadsheets Use standard to advance formulas Sort Filter and create graphs Import/export data Pivot & VLOOKUP ability to demonstrate use of Internet and Intranet applications. Embed files into applications Move data between Word and Excel Able to demonstrate ability to use / locate devices (drives files printers) attached to network Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive emails find open and save documents and files perform data entry Able to demonstrate ability to use internet explorer for web browsing send documents to preconfigured printer Able to demonstrate basic math skills (division multiplication percentages). Possesses skills and competencies to deliver contracted customer requirements Tasks and activities are defined and routine. Point of contact to receive review and electronically log new customer job specifications using Excel (.csv) Problem solve issues to complete job (file) production workflows assigned. Integrate variable data files into printed format using templates provided. May develop work processes or templates useful for role. Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism Able to demonstrate ability to work with coworkers. Problem resolution and escalation management skills. Excellent verbal and written business communications. Able to work with crossfunctional teams. Able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple tasks organize and work to scheduled delivery of output.

Additional required skills: Preflight & production graphics experience extensive knowledge of digital print requirements to build print parameters for successful transition of print files/forms to offsite print provider Must have knowledge & experience Adobe Acrobat Pro Cloud All apps & Pitstop helpful Other Digital print tools experience i.e. WebCRD.

Basic Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook MS Word Excel PowerPoint)
Able to provide lead and guide peers and team members (i.e. work well with others)
Problem resolution and escalation management skills.
Excellent verbal and written business communications.
Able to work with crossfunctional teams.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple tasks organize and work to scheduled delivery of output.
Experienced in coordinating workflows within high volume print production operations to include complex environments (i.e. large volume locations multiple shifts).
Able to provide leadership and support for account team assigned while displaying a positive attitude.

EDUCATION: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 23 years Print production experience. EDUCATION VERIFICATION: Yes
