Position: Delivery Lead TAS ReactJS Micro frontends

Location: Remote (Monthly once Travel required to Dallas TX/ Miami FL)

Job Description:

As a Delivery Lead you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful delivery of projects within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend delivery process ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in ReactJS Microfrontends and TAS (TimeAware Scheduler) will be essential in guiding our development teams and driving the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of software projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development design and QA to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize your expertise in ReactJS Microfrontends Java and TAS to provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
• Implement best practices for project management including Agile methodologies to optimize efficiency and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks or issues and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback prioritize requirements and ensure client satisfaction with delivered solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members providing guidance on technical skills and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (14 20 years) in a delivery leadership role preferably within a software development environment.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS Microfrontends and TAS with a deep understanding of their principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Experience working in a clientfacing role with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
