Tasks

The Details

• You will be working on an independent contractor basis
• Arriving in the morning collecting your vehicle and loading your parcels into your van.
• preplanned route in one of the delivery stations local areas which is scheduled to be completed 9 hours from your loading time in the morning.
• Day Rate at 117 plus performance bonus. Two weeks in hand) (approx. 9hrs) VAT (if VAT registered)
• Regular work full MUST commit to 4 days working minimum and also cover occasional weekends
• Monday to Sunday availability
• Parcel delivery around Wembley area
• Able to lift packages (up to 20kgs) and be able to get in and out of a van numerous times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Routes preplanned

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service
• Attention to detail to ensure deliveries are completed as per the correct process
• Dedication and commitment
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Can follow instructions
• Flexible to service demands
• Commercial (or workrelated) driving experience
• Good level of physical fitness

Key Requirements: Applicants will only be considered if you can demonstrate the following:

Minimum of 1 years commercial van driving experience ( Manual Licence)

Must have been driving a commercial vehicle in the last 12 months

Full UK or Euro Driving license held for longer than 1 year and a maximum of 6 points with no active DR or TT codes

• Able to pass a drugs & alcohol test (We pay for this)
• Pass a criminal record check (we pay for this)
• Be able to commute to and from the delivery station in Wembley
• Speak Basic English
