Over the past 10 years weve solidified our position as a leading organizer of B2B events. Now as we aim for further growth were seeking a dynamic Delegate Sales Manager. This is your opportunity to be part of shaping the future of industryleading events.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Your Role: Crafting Connections Driving Success

As our Delegate Sales Manager youll be the architect of engagement creating meaningful bridges between senior executives and our purposedriven events. Your mission To identify engage and inspire the right leaders to attend our exclusive gatherings. Youll offer them an invigorating alternative to the conventional trade show scene providing experiences that are both refreshing and profoundly meaningful.

THE ROLE:

Heres what youll be doing:

  • Target and recruit industry leaders to attend our industryleading events.
  • Lead the sales journey from initiation to closure creating lasting professional relationships.
  • Utilize your research prowess to strategically approach prospects.
  • Illuminate the unique value of our events
  • Leverage social media as a powerful tool to amplify our reach.
  • Manage and continually refine our database ensuring every interaction counts.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 4 years of sales expertise with a knack for closing deals and forging connections.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Google and other social platforms for prospecting.
  • Exceptional communication skills your words can inspire and influence.
  • Adeptness with modern CRM and sales technologies. (HubSpot a plus)
  • A collaborative spirit thriving in a remote team environment.
  • Willingness to travel and be part of our events in person (up to 4 times a year destinations include Napa Palm Springs Miami Beach Austin and more).
