Clean and maintain the ships deck areas including sweeping mopping and scrubbing as needed
Organize and maintain deck equipment such as lounge chairs umbrellas and pool toys
Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities on the deck including arranging furniture and equipment
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool and other recreational areas
Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the deck department
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests and crew members
Participate in training and drills to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor including lifting and carrying heavy objects
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a preemployment background check and drug test
