This role is different than the regular SRE. This is more like a Database expert who has experince with PL/SQL development, good understading of Golden gate technology from application usage and DDL/DML changes performed by applications teams.
Good understanding of triggers, procedures, packages, writing them and modifying existing ones.
Skill Set: Oracle DB, Oracle PL/SQL, Golden Gate, Python
JD:
Strong Experience in Oracle Database, Oracle PL/SQL, sql* plus, Oracle GG replication
Strong knowledge in Developing Python Scripts (exposure to cx_Oracle, Pandas, numpy, multiprocessing, etc... modules)
Experience in NoSQL Database such MongoDB is a plus
Exposure to Micro Services & Java is a plus
Exposure to Solr, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes is a plus
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Experience executing projects in a global team environment setup
Work in Agile project environment
Experience using Data Modelling Tools (Erwin, PLSQL Data modeler)
