In this role youll have the opportunity to leverage your leadership skills to inspire and empower a team of talented individuals. Youll play a key role in driving our projects forward ensuring that we deliver exceptional results for our clients while fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.

In Detail:

• Lead a team of Data Science experts driving quality and ontime delivery of solutions.
• Showcase your expertise in SQL and Python
• Delving into process mining tools like Celonis RPA and BPM. Other nice nishes are Aris Make/Integromat SAP Salesforce
• Spearhead resource planning and foster personal development within the team through regular checkins and mentorship (performance review)
• Engage directly with clients from presales to postimplementation ensuring their needs are met and relationships are nurtured
• Champion adherence to Processands best practices while actively contributing to the evolution of new ones
• Tackle challenges with a goaloriented pragmatic approach all while maintaining a collaborative team environment
• Participate in hiring efforts and lead interviews to expand and strengthen our team
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with existing clients and explore potential sales opportunities in the East Europe and Nordics region (Optional)
• Attend professional events like Celosphere to stay at the forefront of industry trends and networking opportunities (Optional)

Your profile

With this you inspire us:

• Completed studies in computer science business informatics mathematics physics data science or related fields
• Proficiency in statistical analysis machine learning and data visualization techniques along with a robust understanding of Python and SQL
• Desirable indepth knowledge and experience in process mining methodologies tools and techniques. Being able to apply process mining techniques to analyze and optimize business processes effectively
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of data scientists or analysts. This includes setting goals providing guidance and mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills are essential. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Familiarity with process management or IT consulting is a strong advantage
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field
• Fluency in English (C1 level) with German proficiency considered a bonus
• An entrepreneurial spirit and agility in approaching challenges
