We are looking for a Data Quality Team Leader in our Data Management team to join us on this exciting journey!

Tasks

As our Data Quality Team Leader at Prewave you will

• Oversee freelancer collaboration contracts and coordinate changes with a focus on quality assurance.
• Manage freelancer staff emphasising strengths availability and responsibilities for various projects.
• Advise on performance recommend raises and identify areas for improvement to enhance team productivity.
• Conduct weekly project meetings prioritising performance motivation and knowledge enhancement.
• Provide timely feedback on system issues demonstrating strong organisational and problemsolving skills.
• Address people management needs including organising team availabilities coverage and facilitating a positive work environment.
• Handle client escalations ensuring effective resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements

Must haves

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Ability to handle escalations and client interactions
• Critical thinking decision making and analytical problemsolving skills
• Strong empathy and people management skills including freelancers
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Bonus points for

• Proficiency in project management tools and systems (e.g. Jira)
• Management experience in remote or hybrid environments

• An extensive compensation package
  According to our collective agreement the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2223 gross per month however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
