Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Transcend Digitala leading pharmaceutical client. This role is ideal for a selfstarter with a strong background in data engineering and machine learning who has successfully transitioned to product management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the development and management of innovative data and machinelearningbased products to support strategic business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning development and launch of datadriven and machine learning products.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to define product vision and roadmaps.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and oversee the product development lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and use insights to optimize product features.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of data governance and security.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or machine learning.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management specifically managing data or machinelearningbased products.
  • Proven ability to work independently as a selfstarter and lead projects to successful completion.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a track record of delivering highquality products.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and comfortable in a fastpaced evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance requirements is a plus.
