Job Title: Data Modeler

Location: Richmond VA (3 days per week onsite)

Contract

Top Must Have Skills:

Take information from requirements documents and transfer them into a Data Model

Maybe 1 work order that pulls from multiple sources and can be used Enterprisewide

Creating the conceptual data model

Working with Master Data

Has the ability to not just model but understand the data while grasping and articulating the data in a conceptual way for the business needs create/understand the business process flows

Needs a high level of communication to talk about with nontech stakeholders both up and down

710 years of experience

Technologies:

ERWIN data modeling

Visio since the program is datacentric for data presentation

PowerPoint

Heavy on SQL for relational some Oracle but longterm move into structured and unstructured data longterm (past the next 2 years)

Azure would be preferable
