We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and have a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues with data accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Data Cleaning and Organization:
Utilize Excel formulas and macros to clean and organize data efficiently.
Standardize data formats and ensure consistency across datasets.
3. Contact Information Management:
Research and identify contact details online.
Update contact information accurately on Excel spreadsheets and our internal tools.
4. Realtime Data Update:
Monitor reports shared by the Marketing team for any updates or changes.
Update relevant information in our internal tools in realtime to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including knowledge of formulas and macros.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data issues.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in data management.
Excellent research skills for gathering contact information online.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

For the role of Data Management Specialist it is essential to have a reliable computer setup. We recommend a minimum of a 4core processor computer 8GBs or RAM 100 GB of storage equipped with highspeed internet connectivity running on the Windows 10 Operating System. Additionally having Microsoft Office 2016 or newer installed is necessary to effectively carry out the tasks associated with this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in data management or analysis.
Familiarity with CRM systems or data management tools.
Basic understanding of how data is maintained and executed will be helpful.
