Data Integrity Analyst

We are dedicated to maintaining data integrity as a cornerstone of our business processes to ensure sustained growth. The Data Integrity Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business through data enrichment and improved reporting. This position will contribute to the development of our ERP and CRM systems as well as the introduction of other process improvement software facilitating automation and fostering further business growth.

Purpose of the role:

• Manage cleanse and enrich data across various business databases.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Cathelco HEM & Transvac Business Line.
• Provide data analytics to support growth plans.
• Assist in introducing and maintaining CRM software and other process improvement tools.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders and report on progress.

Key Functional Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Manage cleanse and enrich data within business databases and external portals.
• Ensure highquality data input in a consistent manner.
• Serve as the lead for data integrity within the Business Line.
• Act as a point of contact for datarelated queries.

Required Skills Experience and Qualifications:

• Understanding of data importance in multisite/multinational businesses.
• Knowledge of various business processes and IT systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on problemsolving.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with business application architecture ERPs CRMs SQL and APIs.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Project Management Finance SAP).
