Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a similarly relevant field. Masters Business degree is preferred

Minimum 15 years of data professional handson experience with data architecture governance data engineering reporting and analytics selfservice in healthcare (claims payer provider etc.)

Minimum 5 years of experience leading large topdown/bottomup data governance initiatives

Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing a crossdepartmental datacentric team

Proven track of record driving endtoend technical functional and process architectures

Success in establishing thought leadership with IT and business stakeholders serving as a program architect from small to large data engagements Fluency in framing solution concepts conducting demonstrations developing POC to establish compelling value propositions with IT senior management

Working knowledge and experience with relevant platforms and technologies including Informatica IDMC/Governance/Catalog/Marketplace Snowflake Databricks Strong experience with crossdepartmental leadership and training

Practical experience delivering data projects in Agile methodologies Expert knowledge of data governance best practices standards and implementation procedures

Ability to work with both IT and business in building data maturity solutions including catalog and curation profiling quality task creation mapping and more Understanding of modern data architectures such as data mesh data fabric lakehouse data sharing data publishing paradigms marketplaces and storefronts

Holistic understanding of theoretical and technical data solutions including architecture engineering analysis and consumption models along with relevant toolsets (Snowflake Informatica Tableau Power BI etc)

Experience communicating complex technical solutions to a less technical audience Exposure to structured change management processes and an understanding of how to develop for enterprise culture change

Experience in working with data governance/data quality and data security teams and specifically data stewards and security officers in moving data assets into production with appropriate data quality governance and security standards and certification.
