The Role
We are looking for a Data Governance/Management Lead with over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong skill set in establishing comprehensive data governance covering people processes and technology aspects. This role involves implementing data quality security cataloging lineage and master data management. Proficiency in setting up endtoend data management platforms particularly using Informatica and related technologies is essential. The ideal person will:
Execute Master Data Management solutions and instigate Data Governance Programs.
Implement Data Quality measures encompassing Profiling Metric Definition Scorecards Standards policies and visual analytics to bolster MDM and Data Governance initiatives.
Conduct analysis architecture design and development of Enterprise Integrations for MDM solutions.
Create or modify technical and business solution architectures in both logical and physical aspects.
Craft highly performant dependable and scalable solutions.
Author supervise and obtain approval for deliverables/documents pertaining to client delivery tasks.
Provide constructive feedback and mentor other team members to effectively tackle technological challenges.
Lead and demonstrate emerging technologies and concepts to teams.
Offer thought leadership on strategies and objectives for clients to attain effective data management.
Assist clients in establishing robust Data Governance Programs with an emphasis on data ownership.
Drive awareness and adoption of Data Governance throughout the clients organization.
Develop and implement plans for Enterprise Data Governance programs including defining KPIs for results monitoring and leading the overall implementation process.
The Person
Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
10 years of handson experience in data governance and management including master data management solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis architectural design and integration development.
Strong knowledge of logical and physical solution architecture.
Demonstrated ability to create highperformance reliable and scalable solutions.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies.
Strategic thinking and thought leadership in data management.
Proven track record in implementing Data Governance Programs.
Strong awareness and communication skills to drive Data Governance adoption.
Note: Preferred candidates will be in Doha or currently working in Qatar
