Data Entry Specialist Go To Market Operations responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Enter new customer and prospect information into our database system
Update and maintain existing customer records with new information as needed
Support the Go To Market Operations team with datarelated tasks and projects
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
Work closely with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve
efficiency
Adhere to data entry guidelines and protocols to maintain data integrity and security
Assist in generating reports and extracting data for analysis as requested
Requirements
Data Entry Specialist Go To Market Operations requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
Proficiency in data entry software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel Google Sheets etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Familiarity with CRM systems and database management principles is a plus
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience with Data Entry and Excel (Vlookup,Pivot Table)
