We are seeking a detailoriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining various types of data within our organizations database or systems.
Responsibilities:
  1. Input update and maintain accurate data in databases or spreadsheets.
  2. Verify data accuracy and completeness resolving any discrepancies as needed.
  3. Organize and maintain data files and records in a systematic manner.
  4. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  5. Assist in generating reports charts and graphs based on data analysis.
  6. Respond promptly to datarelated inquiries and requests from team members or clients.
  7. Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to streamline data entry processes and improve data management workflows.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
  3. Proficiency in typing and data entry skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  6. Familiarity with data entry software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel Google Sheets).
  7. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
