Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk efficiently transfers paper formats into electronic files or database systems. Attention to detail is crucial for this role.

Essential Duties:

  • Input data into Label Traxx database systems
  • Type in customerprovided data
  • Verify data accuracy
  • Retrieve data as needed
  • Organize paperwork and maintain filing system
  • Perform other tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven data entry experience
  • Fast typing skills preferably with touch typing knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel)
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic databases
  • Strong English communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:

  • Regular talking and hearing
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers
  • Occasional standing walking sitting and reaching
  • Occasional lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
  • Close and distance vision required


Enter data into our Label Traxx database systems Type in data provided directly by customers Verify data by comparing it to source documents Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost and file Maintain filing system Other tasks as needed Qualifications and Education
