Collect invoices statements reports personal information documents and information from employees other departments and customers.
Search information to identify relevant information.
Fix errors and organize information to optimize quick and accurate capture.
Create accurate spreadsheets.
Entering and updating information in relevant databases.
Ensure a backup of your data.
Notify relevant parties if an error occurs.
Organize and store paper copies of your data to optimize retrieval.
Take on additional tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
