o More creating events (producer) than retrieving events (consumer)
Great if they know both
Handson data engineering experience with Azure cloud data ecosystem
Data Lake familiarity will be landing data from Kafka into it
likely Azure Data Lake or new offering of fabric (like Delta)
His intent is the team owns landing those enterprise topics but they dont own the consumption out of the lake
Strong SQL writing and optimizing skills
o Microsoft SQL Server; Postgres nice to have
Proficiency in Python
