Job Description

- Install configure and maintain physical servers network devices and storage systems within the data center environment.
- Implement and manage data backup recovery systems and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure the stability and efficiency of data center operations.
- Design and execute plans for the layout of data center hardware and network resources optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of data center equipment and manage inventory of hardware components and spare parts.
- Implement security measures including firewalls antivirus software and intrusion detection systems to protect data and infrastructure.
- Oversee the environmental conditions of the data center ensuring optimal temperature humidity and power supply levels are maintained.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and advocate for the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance data center functionality and efficiency.
