KTOB Solutions is seeking a skilled and detailoriented individual to join our team as a PartTime Data Capturer/Data Entry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and entering data into our systems. This role offers a piecerate system allowing for earnings of up to R15000 per month. Prior experience in data capturing is preferred and immediate availability is required.

Requirements

  • Data Entry: Accurately capture and enter data into the companys database or software system.

  • Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the entered data by conducting regular quality checks.

  • Efficiency: Complete data capturing tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes.

  • Adherence to Guidelines: Follow established guidelines and procedures for data entry and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors or team members regarding any datarelated issues or discrepancies.

  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of data entered and any associated documentation.

  • Deadline Management: Manage workload to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Personal Laptop and access to the internet




Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data capturing preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient typing skills and familiarity with data entry software or systems.

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Work whenever based on delivery required / timelines being met

  • Immediate availability to start.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings. Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community. Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends. Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays. Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes. Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favorable impression of the company. Qualifications and Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes Sales or customer service experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Reporting Structure: The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
