Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing data solutions with a focus on technologies such as DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and data warehouse architecture.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Architecture Design:
   

   • Design and implement data architectures that align with business objectives and support efficient data processing.
     
   • Utilize DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake to create robust and scalable data solutions.
     

2. Data Modeling:
   

   • Develop and maintain conceptual logical and physical data models.
     
   • Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability.
     

3. ETL Development:
   

   • Collaborate with the ETL development team to design and implement efficient data extraction transformation and loading processes.
     
   • Leverage DBT Labs for data transformations and modeling.
     

4. Integration with Denodo:
   

   • Implement data virtualization solutions using Denodo to provide a unified view of data across the organization.
     
   • Optimize and enhance data integration processes through Denodo.
     

5. Snowflake Data Warehouse:
   

   • Design and implement data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
     
   • Ensure proper configuration and optimization of Snowflake for performance and cost efficiency.
     

6. Data Governance:
   

   • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
     
   • Ensure compliance with data quality and security standards.
     

7. Collaboration:
   

   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data engineers analysts and business stakeholders.
     
   • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of data solutions.
     

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Education:
   

   • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
     

2. Experience:
   

   • Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake.
     
   • Strong background in data modeling ETL development and data warehouse architecture.
     

3. Skills:
   

   • Proficiency in DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake.
     
   • Solid understanding of data governance principles.
     
   • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
     
   • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
     

4. Certifications:
   

   • Relevant certifications in DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake are a plus.
