Data and Billing Analyst

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular comparisons of system invoices to customer remittances.

Generate invoices accurately and promptly based on provided data and billing guidelines.

Monitor accounts receivable to track payments and overdue invoices.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and address customer inquiries related to billing.

Assist in the development and implementation of billing processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Generate reports and provide analysis to support decisionmaking processes related to billing and collections.

Requirements

Bachelors degree and at least two years of experience in a similar role with a focus on data analysis and billing (if no degree must have at least five years of billing and data analysis).

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP pivot tables and data validation.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Solid understanding of billing processes and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
