Create and manage overall project plan with details aboutresources timeline and deliverables. Track the project activities closely and ensure anydelays/impediments are addressed. Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projectson track to the finish Strong communication skills to coordinate with Project TeamMembers Customer Team and Management. Managing the budget. Manage the project risk and plan mitigation for the risks identified.
