Data Analytics Director

Director Data Insight & Analytics Telecommunications Industry

We are seeking an individual passionate about data to drive and deliver our data strategy across all business lines. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the Director of Data Insight and Analytics will provide strategic support to our wholesale retail and television businesses. Key responsibilities include leading data strategy driving a datadriven culture and ensuring the successful implementation of our enterprise data platform.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

Lead Data Strategy setting a clear vision and securing Senior Management Team buyin

Drive the culture towards becoming a datadriven organization

Provide technical expertise on the implementation of our enterprise data platform

Partner with PMO Director and IT Delivery director to embed data governance into change projects

Develop data and analytics teams and maintain a business performance metric framework

Manage key partnerships for data delivery and oversee daily reporting of business metrics

Adoption of enterprise data platform and selfserve reporting plans

Compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements

Skills & Expertise:

10 years experience in data leadership roles

Thirdlevel qualification in a quantitative business or software engineering field

Ability to operate at all levels within an organization

Experience with Agile delivery plans and exposure to SAFe methodology

Knowledge of cloudbased solutions for data management and processing
