the data analyst will support all the Portfolio Management data management and reporting efforts. This individual will work closely with Transformation leaders and business analysts across multiple regions and functions to ensure effective and efficient capture and utilization of data for key data insights and data-driven decision-making.
This individual will support the ongoing portfolio management of strategic transformation programs and will help evolve our portfolio management approaches and practices by ensuring the portfolio data being captured is standardized, accurate and up to date.

Safeguard the data integrity and accuracy of program metrics and statistics across all relevant enterprise programs and platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders and teams across the organization to collect and analyze data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Make recommendations to optimize data management and reporting practices and to build self-service capabilities across the program
Support the creation of innovative data views/dashboards and reports of program performance utilizing a range of tools and techniques, including PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik and PowerBI
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis using reference data
Summarize findings, draw appropriate conclusions, and effectively communicate results
Participate in Portfolio Management discussions to evolve program outcomes
Bachelor's Degree
Results oriented, proactive, and adaptable
Ability to work independently and effectively with loosely defined tasks
Experience analyzing and organizing data and presenting critical business insights
Prior work experience (including summer or part time roles) or internships preferred
Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
Technically adept and digitally savvy
Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-national work environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to present ideas and information to team, leaders, and peers
