Responsibilities:

• Act as a data liaison between business leaders; collaborate with data producers/consumers to ensure satisfaction of assumptions.
  
• Work with crossfunctional stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements for tracking key metrics.
  
• Ensure correct computation and uploading of derived data fields.
  
• Develop dashboards and reports for enabling all levels of business users to gain actionable insights and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Build datasets for selfservice data exploration and analytics.
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering to identify highimpact data products with the highest risk of inaccuracy.
  
• Perform data analysis to assess impact and deliver insights on changes to our business processes.

• Hypothesis Testing: Design reporting to support businessled A/B tests and experiments evaluating the impact of changes and initiatives.
  
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency recommending data quality improvements when necessary.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and finance to support their datarelated needs and collaborate on datadriven projects.
  

• Bachelor s or master s degree in a relevant field such as statistics mathematics computer science data analytics or a related field.
  
• 2 years of experience in a data analysis role.
  
• Upperintermediate and above level of English both written and verbal.
  
• Proficiency in SQL.
  
• Experience with Tableau or other similar tools for building Dashboards and Reports.
  
• 1 year of work experience with ETL data modeling and business intelligence big data architectures.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with aggressive attention to detail.
  
• Passion for technology seeking someone keen to leverage existing skills and seek out new solutions.
  
• Expertise in data visualization tools.
  
• Team player with an ability to collaborate effectively in a crossfunctional and crosscontinent environment.
  

Bonus Points:

• Basic understanding of statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing experimentation regressions) and familiarity with statistical packages such as Matlab R SAS or Python.
