In ODILOs strategic roadmap data has become a key component to foster business growth. Data allows ODILOs teams to better understand the users learning needs to offer them more appropriate content to implement coaching and reinforcement strategies for those users who need a boost etc. To address these challenges ODILOs Data function has decided to reinforce key positions within the team.

As a Data Analyst you will report to the Data Director and work closely with all other business and product areas in ODILO to provide them with insightful information and reports. You will also be involved in interactions with clients to ensure data helps them improve their learning strategies.

As a Data Analyst you have to be proactive willing to learn and adapt to the different challenges that arise on a daily basis. It is also essential that you understand the work environment as a collaboration between team members and not as individual silos. Technically you must be able to work with databases implement queries create procedures to produce metrics as well as design and implement reports. The differentiating value in the Data Analyst role will be to successfully deal with the complexity of data in order to deliver valuable information.

What you will do at ODILO

• Collect and manage data from different sources in our AWS environment.
• Transform and load data with SQL Python Spark and Athena.
• Desing Build and refresh dashboards in Quicksight.
• Interact with ODILOs business areas to translate their information needs into data procedures.
• Collaborate with ODILOs project teams in order to address the reporting needs of our clients.
• Define new metrics and models to measure learning and engagement on our platform.
  
  

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Ideally experience using Quicksight experience using other visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI Tableau will be also considered.
• Proficient in SQL and good Python/Spark skills.
• Good understanding of relational databases and data extraction processes.
• At least 12 years working as a Data Analyst.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
