Patchworks Data Team specialises in gathering insights that benefits both our business and our clients enabling us to continuously improve product development and increase client satisfaction. You will work crossdepartmentally supporting internal and external stakeholders providing facts and figures for but not limited to staffing usages. You will contribute to developing and refining our data products ensuring they continue to adjust for our evolving product suite and needs of our clients.
You will also be using Patchwork Insights and other analytical tools to identify manipulate and interpret data to articulate trends uncover impacts and identify improvements to help our clients meet their challenges headon.
Analysing large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform strategic decisionmaking.
Utilising statistical methods and data visualisation techniques to present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
Providing clear answers to questions about availability of information for decision making data quality and applicable presentation formats.
Working closely with the Product Team to identify areas for improvement in our product suite.
Providing datadriven recommendations to enhance user experience functionality and overall performance.
Collaborating with client facing teams to address clientspecific data requests and provide insights that align with their workforce management goals.
Assisting clients in understanding and interpreting data reports generated by our products.
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance data collection processes and reporting mechanisms.
Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis incorporating new methodologies into daily tasks.
Demonstrable experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in Amazon Quicksights. (experience in a comparable tool which can be demonstrated to the hiring team will be considered).
Proven analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
A willingness to get involved with data engineering especially helping to ensure that our data pipeline runs smoothly and fixing related bugs.
Eagerness to work with multiple people and be a selfstarter.
Prideful in attention to detail.
Ability and passion to work in a fastpaced scaleup team environment embracing its challenges and opportunities.
Experience in a tech startup/scaleup.
Experience or knowledge of the NHS healthcare or healthtech industry.
Experience or knowledge of workforce applications.
Experience with SaaS products.
