Role Objective:
As an Assistant Manager MPR Analyst at Nykaa you will play a crucial role in extracting analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed decisionmaking across various departments. Leveraging your expertise in SQL and Tableau you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that will optimize business processes enhance performance and support strategic initiatives.
On a typical day you will drive the following:
Data Extraction and Transformation
Utilize SQL to extract clean and transform large datasets from diverse sources.
Develop and implement data pipelines to ensure the availability of accurate and reliable data for analysis.
Data Analysis and Visualization
Perform indepth analysis of data to identify trends patterns and correlations.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key metrics and findings.
Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to optimize processes and enhance performance.
Data Governance and Quality Assurance
Maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices.
Conduct quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy completeness and consistency.
You will bring the following to the table:
Bachelors degree in computer science Statistics Mathematics Economics or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction manipulation and querying.
Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
