The Team:
The role entails a candidate that has technical experience to use tools like Python Excel and SQL to collect consolidate investigate and analyze large sets of data. Investigations has to be able to be explained and the candidate has to have the ability to come up with suggestions on how it can be fixed.
Investigations will be needed to help with Data pipelines data inconsistencies client queries and research how to enlarge our data coverage and keep our data up to date. The candidate has to pay attention to detail and to have an eye for improving and Optimizing processes.
Candidate has to be able to research the things he/she does not yet know and have the type of personality to WANT to learn and grow.
What this job involves:
1. Data Collection and Management: Collect and consolidate large datasets from various sources ensuring data quality and integrity. Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
2. Data Analysis: Perform indepth data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies. Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
3. Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL etc. Stay updated on the latest industry tools and technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
4. Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations and dashboards. Translate complex data into easily understandable visuals for nontechnical stakeholders.
5. Problem Solving: Identify business challenges and proactively propose datadriven solutions. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement datadriven strategies.
6. Actionable Insights: Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth and efficiency. Monitor the impact of datadriven decisions and make adjustments as needed.
7. Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in data science Statistics Computer Science or a related field / Any Graduate Can Apply.
- 01 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ambitious and selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
- Experience with handling and analyzing large datasets.
