Data Analyst Analytics Any Fresh Graduate - Upto 5LPA

• Work directly with the Director of Data & Business Operations to execute a wide variety of dynamic highpriority strategic projects aimed at generating insights to make our business run more efficiently and grow our company as fast as possible
• Perform complex data analyses and present key takeaways and insights through detailed written reports for the functional business leaders and executive team
• Build executivelevel and detailed teambased operational KPI dashboards using SQL/Python and BI / analytics tools (tableau google data studio etc.)
• Create accompanying glossaries of terms/definitions for dashboards to ensure full data comprehension of functional business team members

• 01 years of experience in data analysis analytics and/or business intelligence role(s)
• Thorough experience building with SQL and BI/analytics tools (Bonus: experience with Python)
• Preferred working hours: Mountain Standard Time (9am 5pm)

• Build and support Qlik/Tableau dashboards to deliver information and data in ways that help drive the business and create efficiencies
• Query analyze and transform complex data sets to optimize dashboard flexibility and performance
• Ensure all Qlik/Tableau development is in line with best practices principals and standards defined by Banking Analytics team and complies with the spirit of the firm s overall data control standards
• Be able to present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the senior leadership team to quickly understand the results and make data driven decisions.
• Stay knowledgeable about new processes technology and best practices in data analytics and data science.
• Work with direct reports and help seek outgrowth opportunities for your teams; continually challenge them to maximize their engagement and productivity.

• 01 years of experience in demonstrating technical expertise working in end to end data & analytics implementations
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering/ Math & Statistics / Business Management / Statistics / Economics / IT / Finance
• Highly proficient and hands on experience on data warehouse and analytics tools Tableau QlikView/ Qlik Sense SQL Hadoop AWS R/Python (Preferred)
