Tasks
- Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues.
- Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right procedures.
- Be the owner of the customer query and ensure a timely resolution and response.
- Build the meaningful relationship, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
- Create an amazing customer experience that people value, and we are proud of.
- Be responsible to follow the direction of the management and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Danish Native or C2 level.
- English B2/C1.
- Valid EU Passport.
- Willingness to move and work in Greece.
- Exceptional Communication Skills.
- Empathy and Patience.
- Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Adaptability and Flexibility.
Benefits
- Job Location: Athens, Greece.
- You also have remote projects anywhere in Greece.
- Language: Danish (Native or C2) + English (B2 or C1).
- Valid EU Passport.
- Salary: 1300 to 1400 gross per month x 14 months.
- Performance Bonus up to 300 gross per month.
- Schedule: rotative shifts.
- Contract length: 6 12 months but can be extended.
- Relocation Package included to Athens in Greece.
