Overview:

NexRow Digital a leadingedge digital solutions provider based in Schaumburg IL is seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing our digital asset platform with a specific focus on leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to enhance our digital asset management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital asset management a deep understanding of AEM and a commitment to driving digital innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the DAM strategy aligning with broader business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital assets are effectively managed and utilized across the organization.
  • AEM Expertise: Utilize Adobe Experience Manager to its fullest potential ensuring seamless integration with DAM processes. Lead the adoption of AEM features that support asset management workflow automation and distribution.
  • Product Ownership: Own the DAM product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements to meet user needs and business objectives. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders translating requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • User Engagement & Training: Foster a culture of digital asset excellence. Develop and deliver training programs on DAM best practices and AEM functionalities to ensure high adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate DAM system performance user feedback and digital asset utilization to inform continuous improvement efforts. Ensure the DAM platform meets scalability security and compliance standards.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with software vendors including Adobe to leverage support resources and insights. Engage with internal stakeholders across departments to understand their digital asset needs and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Digital Media Business Administration or related field.
  • **.** 5 years of experience in digital asset management with at least 2 years of handson experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong understanding of DAM principles metadata standards and digital rights management.
  • Experience with AEMs DAM capabilities including asset workflows tagging and integration with other platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage product roadmaps.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with technical and nontechnical stakeholders alike.
  • Proactive problemsolving attitude and the ability to adapt to fastpaced digital environments.
