D365 SCM Senior Functional Consultant Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in the ERP transformation journey and take an active part in leading defining initiating implementing and supporting the digitalization of the ERP landscape leveraging the global template.
• Ensure that capacities and technologies stay in the forefront of processes business requirements and create maximum value.
• Collaborate with work stream leads and functional team ensuring alignment on the roadmap and architecture.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Finance SCMMFG and business stakeholders to understand process requirements and design comprehensive solutions that align with business and project objectives.
• Domain experts with consulting experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• Analyze and understand the SCMMFGFIN processes of client and being instrumental ensure to leverage Global Template of D365 F&O for implementation and optimization of operations.

Job Description:

• A broad knowledge of modern D365 F&O applications including surrounding ecosystems.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at eyelevel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English that allows you to simplify complex messages and explain in layman terms.
• Ability to comfortably maneuver between technical and businessrelated discussions with colleagues.
• Experience of minimum 23 full life cycles or endtoend implementations using MS Dynamics D365 F&O SCMMFG Solutions.
• Gathering understanding analysing client business processes to reengineer/design the solution improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to reengineer / redefine process if required
• Articulate solution to business SMEs or stakeholders
• Having a good knowledge and experience of D365 F&O SCMMFG modules while holding certifications in the most current versions.
• Propose Solution Design and implementation aligning to industry standard or best practice for business acceptance.
• Set up and configure SCM modules like Sales / Purchase / Procurement / Master Planning & Inventory Management in D365 F&O product.
• Implement and manage SCM modules like Sales / Purchase / Procurement / Master Planning & Inventory Management in D365 F&O product.
• Knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management / Trade & Logistics and Project Management modules is an added advantage.
• Set up & configure MFG modules like Product Information Management Production Engineering & Production Control in D365 F&O product.
• Implementation of modules like Product Information Management Production Engineering & Production Control in D365 F&O product.
• knowledge of Production / Product costing is required.
• Drive FitGap analysis & Conference Room Pilot (CRP).
• Collaborate with business user(s) to understand problem statement and providing / implementing best suitable solution.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the Dynamics 365 F&O features.
• Solution Testing for business acceptance and accuracy.
• Communicating issues and project tasks to team in appropriate forum.
• Providing general usability guidance and preparation reference material for key or end users.
• Providing detailed utilization and work status report.
• Use common functionality and implementation tools.
• Setup Configure security processes and options.
• Assist in data migration.
• Validate and support the solution.
• Excellent communication skill both written / verbal.
• Must have ability to work and interact with offshore team.
• Must have good analytical and logical thinking.
• Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks.
• Active involvement in Master Data validation cutover and Golive activities.
• Open for travel.
